Start with the octopus carpaccio, I love to have it with their house bread. Next, move on to the Mortadella Pizza, it came in rectangular slice and thicker base which was similar to focaccia. The carbonara was an absolute delight. Rich & unctuous, with the nobbly Pecorino Romano cheese acting as a perfect foil to the creamy yolk and slippery, buttery sauce. The roasted chicken must be the highlights of the meal! It was perfectly tender and juicy with a great crispy skin. Finally, if you’ve still got space to sneak in a little dessert, classics take the spotlight here. Think tiramisu and the Assorted Mini Pastries Selection. You may also pick a cup of Venchi gelato from the booth set in the Bluhouse.
