Balat and Fener - Istanbul

Balat and Fener are 2 ethnic neighborhoods that have become one of the most atmospheric attractions in Istanbul. Once upon a time, Jews, Greeks and Armenians settled here. In the last century, the Jewish community moved to Israel, and refugees began to occupy empty housing. Balat has long been considered a disadvantaged area.
