🇰🇷Jeju Island | A must-see beach in the southern part of the island

Different from the typical beach coastline. The most distinctive feature of this beach is the columnar jointing. I heard that the coast rocks were formed by the eruption of the Hanla Mountain volcano, layer by layer. The Dapu columnar jointing zone is a group of volcanic rock columns formed by the cooling of volcanic lava flows in the pre-sea area of China. The entire jointing zone is distributed along a 2-kilometer coastline, with the Dapu columnar jointing zone reaching a height of 30-40 meters. Most of the columns are pentagonal or hexagonal in shape, and their size and scale are considered the best in Korea. 📍Location: The place is inside the Chinese Tourist Park, next to the International Conference Center.
