Thean Hou Temple

If red is your favourite colour then you need to visit this place! Thean Hou Temple is one of the oldest Chinese temple in Southeast Asia. When we first arrived I didn’t know what to expect. We went there before lunch time and we thought that it would be crowded but not at all! It was really empty and we were the only tourist there. I was thinking this place would be crowded because it is so beautiful and photogenic but for whatever reason it was so quiet there. A lot of people go here to pray so you need to be respectful and don’t disturb them. Always follow the rules when visiting temples and dress appropriately, a lot of this places have some signs telling what to wear and what you shouldn’t do but some of them don’t.
