|.|✅Location: The hotel opened in 2021, located in Jinan's High-tech Zone, a bit far from the old city area and attractions (about 30min by car). As the tallest hotel in Jinan, spanning from the 51st to the 71st floor, it offers a view of the city from over 300 meters in the air, as if you are above the clouds. You can enjoy the beauty of sunrise and sunset right from your room. ✅Rooms: I stayed in the Executive Deluxe King Room, which is 64 square meters and very spacious. The room type is impressive, with a curved bedroom design and large floor-to-ceiling windows that make the space feel more open. There is a walk-in closet, and I particularly liked the bathroom design, with the bathtub in front of the floor-to-ceiling window, allowing you to enjoy the city skyline while bathing. The mini bar is complimentary and well-stocked, and the room comes with executive lounge access, where you can enjoy afternoon tea and dinner. ✅Dining: The breakfast offers a mix of Chinese and Western options, with a rich variety. The scrambled eggs are smooth, the spare ribs are tasty, and there are plenty of toppings for the soup noodles, although there's no Shandong-style pancake. The executive lounge's dinner is relatively simple, with more cold dishes. The sashimi and curry chicken are quite good. The service staff can only make a few simple cocktails, so I made myself a whiskey sour. The quality of the provided red wine is average and a bit bland, but the lounge atmosphere is excellent, especially with the night view, which is intoxicating enough. ✅Amenities: The infinity pool, combined with the high-altitude view, makes swimming a pleasure. The hot tub, massage pool, and sauna are also well-appointed. The gym is spacious and fully equipped, allowing you to sweat freely in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows. Additionally, the hotel lobby is on the 51st floor, with a very high ceiling and a spiral staircase that is also very photogenic. ✅Service: The hardware is impeccable, but there is significant room for improvement in service. Firstly, the room was wrongly arranged upon check-in, then there was an issue with the room card not working, and it took a while for the front desk to deliver a new card after calling. The hotel's concierge service awareness is poor, and there was no staff to help with luggage during check-out, resulting in a subpar service experience.
