| Shushali Courtyard, stay somewhere different today! Today we walked out of Gaozhuang Xishuang Scenery, and went to a Yunnan stilted building, Shushali Courtyard, which is a 20-minute drive away and located by the Lancang River! As soon as we entered, we were completely captivated by this paradise-like scenery! There's a small garden surrounded by large banana plants and various tropical plants, next to which are the stilted buildings with ethnic characteristics! There's also a big swimming pool in the middle! I highly recommend choosing the Dai-style river view king room, which gives you a standalone building, and the design of this cottage is just so atmospheric, the whole room is very photogenic, with wooden structures inside, and the roof looks like it's made of woven materials, but the restroom is very clean, spacious, and has a separate wet and dry area! Outside there's a large balcony extending out, overlooking the close-up plants and the Lancang River! I could sit on the balcony and watch the flowing water all day long, I must say, the current of the Lancang River is really fast. At night, there are some birds calling on the roof and outside, don't be scared, girls. The guesthouse also has a lot of entertainment facilities, besides a big swimming pool, there are hammocks, a pool table, and fitness equipment. The owner is also very enthusiastic! Seeing that we couldn't get a taxi, he even offered to take us back to the city. Finally, a friendly reminder to everyone, this place is indeed a bit far from the city center, but you can also experience a unique accommodation feeling, when taking a taxi, after locating Shushali Courtyard, you'll need to ask the driver to drive a bit further inside, and you'll arrive when you see the hotel's blue sign!
