Anping Bridge is located at the junction of Shuitou in Nan'an and Anhai in Jinjiang. It was built in the Southern Song Dynasty (1151) and is five li long (2255 meters). It is also known as the "Five Li Bridge". It is the longest ancient stone bridge in China's existing seaports. It "precipitated the best architectural craftsmanship at the time". In 1961, it was listed as the first batch of national key cultural relics protection units along with the Forbidden City and the Great Wall. The Haitide Temple is an ancillary building on the west side of Anping Bridge. It originally enshrined the King of Tongyuan, the sea god of the Song Dynasty (the function of the sea god gradually replaced by Mazu after the Yuan Dynasty), as well as Guanyin and other local gods. Shuitou Old Street, adjacent to Anping Bridge and Haitide Temple, due to its geographical location and convenient transportation, the business here is active, and it was once the center of Old Shuitou. Search and you will find many old streets and old stories, such as the street was originally only 2 meters wide, and later was forcibly demolished and expanded in 1927 under the leadership of the warlord Chen Guohui (a native of Xitou Village, Jiudu, Nan'an), who was "both an official and a bandit". For example, the Southeast Trading Company is the property of the Lü Zhenwan (a native of Shuitou Town, Nan'an) family... The terrain is slightly sloping, with old arcades on both sides, which are good for taking pictures. Unfortunately, due to the tight schedule, I only stayed for more than ten minutes, ate a bowl of local jelly, and then left.
