My experience staying at the Marco Polo Hotel in Jinjiang on the second day of the Lunar New Year

The Marco Polo Hotel in Jinjiang is located in the city center of Jinjiang. Since its opening in 2010, it has been the first international hotel in Jinjiang built according to five-star standards. It has a superior location, adjacent to the shopping district, with various gourmet restaurants, entertainment and leisure facilities. It is extremely convenient to reach the business and administrative office areas, and it is only a 5-minute drive from Quanzhou Jinjiang Airport. It is an excellent choice for business travel. The luxury suite includes one-time pick-up and drop-off service during the stay, free fruits, macarons, and chocolates. The suite is decorated in a style that leans towards the mature business executive style, and the outdoor garden at the entrance should be about 80 square meters. The layout of the guest room is that the master bedroom and the washing area occupy almost the same area, and an extra bed in the master bedroom only costs 138 yuan. It is recommended to call the hotel in advance to reserve during the New Year period. The minibar and cups are hidden under the table, using a lifting storage method on the table. The drawers of the bedside table use a press-to-open method. The sanitary ware is from CASERO, a world-class quality bathroom brand from Europe. The toiletries are from the ELLE SPA series. Opening the floor-to-ceiling glass door is an outdoor garden full of green plants, with an indoor garden coffee table. The wind is strong at night and the temperature is low, but it's nice to sit and bask in the sun during the day. The shower area and the toilet use a left-right sliding glass door, which is the first time I have seen it. The mini bar is regular canned drinks and bottled beer. The water cup is a custom-made ceramic cup with the Chinese name of the hotel. The executive lounge on the 11th floor is crowded. I arrived at around eight in the evening, and most of the food and drinks were cleared, or the HH period was about to end, and the hot dishes were not replenished in time. Snacks and drinks are also almost gone. During the stay, the buffet breakfast was served in the Western restaurant on the second floor of the hotel, which is a hotel-operated restaurant. The restaurant uses an open kitchen design, with elegant and comfortable decoration. In addition to serving buffet breakfast, it also serves Asian and international buffet and a la carte Western dishes. The lobby bar on the first floor seems to have been refurbished. The most eye-catching is the 18-meter-high column-free vaulted atrium, which uses natural light, environmentally friendly and fashionable. The Chinese mural painting of Yunshan in warm tones on the wall adds a lot of atmosphere. The lobby bar is open from 12:00 to 20:00. There is a bar counter, serving alcoholic beverages and other a la carte dishes. The Japanese restaurant on the second floor is currently closed. The Han Tang Feast in the hotel is not a hotel-operated restaurant, but a Chinese restaurant operated by the owner, offering special Cantonese, Min and new Sichuan dishes. The sixth floor of the hotel is a yoga studio and outdoor swimming pool. Through the rest area, you can go to the indoor gym on the seventh floor.
