Jinxian County, under the jurisdiction of Jining City, Shandong Province, is located in the heart of the southwestern plain of Shandong in eastern China. Jinxian County is located in the southwestern part of Shandong Province, adjacent to Yutai County in the east; Chengwu and Juye counties in the west; bordering Shan County and Feng County, Jiangsu Province in the south; and connected to Jiaxiang County and Rencheng District, Jining City in the north. The county covers an area of 886 square kilometers, Jinxian has a long history, it was the state of Min in the Xia Dynasty, the county was established in the Qin Dynasty, and Jinxian County was established in the early Eastern Han Dynasty. It has a history of more than 2000 years of county establishment. It is the birthplace of the millennium integrity model - 'Chicken Millet Agreement', and has nurtured a large number of benevolent people and scholars, such as Peng Yue, a famous general in the early Han Dynasty, Wang Can, the leader of the 'Seven Sons of Jian'an', Wang Bi, a philosopher of Wei and Jin Dynasties, Wang Shuhe, a divine doctor of Wei and Jin Dynasties, Tan Daoji, the author of 'Thirty-Six Strategies', and Wang Jie, a modern communist warrior.
