Jixi Anhui Cuisine (Huichu) Museum

The Anhui Cuisine (Huichu) Museum, located to the east of Jixi city, has a construction area of nearly 7000 square meters. It makes full use of the spatial structure of the old Jixi Silk Factory, retaining the original architectural framework and texture for transformation. It is a new type of museum that integrates Anhui cuisine cultural display, Anhui cuisine gourmet experience, Anhui cuisine product sales, and Huizhou folk dietary culture experience, where cultural experience and dining experience are highly integrated.
