Yoh Shomei Art Museum

#thingstodo We two stopped by to check out this museum. Two floors; takes no more than 30 minutes to view. The contemporary artist whose works were being exhibited is quite well-known and viewing his works were worth the modest entrance fee. However, his works were displayed in a way that made them a challenge to view. The paintings were covered with glass or plastic that was highly reflective, and the bright overhead lights made it difficult to see the work hiding behind the reflected light, especially when viewed from a few paces away. Perhaps the lighting issue is limited to this exhibition. Even if the lighting issue is resolved, I would visit again only if I happened to be in the area and had some free time.
