India a huge diverse country with so many different regions and cultures to experience. Some of the most popular places to visit include New Delhi and Agra, however places in Southern India like Kovalam are often overlooked. Kovalam is a beautiful seaside town located in Kerala. The area is famous for the backwaters and on my trip I decided to go on a boat ride! It was really beautiful seeing all of the nature and it was different to what I expected in India.
