The Westin Lobby is so busy and there are so many cars parked outside too. Even with valet service, the front lobby parking is always crowded. The only time when it is less crowded will be in the early morning. The Westin KL is situated along Bukit Bintang and this road is always congested. I also see many travel groups staying here so there are many big tour buses and medium travel vans too. You might have to queue to check in if you clash with these travel groups at the lobby.
