#kualalumpurhotels Hilton KL is one of my favourite hotels to stay at whenever I visit KL... Namely for it's superb location above KL Sentral as soon as you get off the klia express... (Among other things) However in more recent stays, one thing has elevated Hilton above many of the hotels I stay at... Their additional WhatsApp customer service!! As part of that generation that rarely talks to people on the phone, it's wonderful to be able to send a message to the Hilton staff whenever the need arises and the response is super quick!! What's more surprising is that not more hotels are doing it!! " So a big shout out to Syuhada, Elina, Jayascree, Nani and Ida for their speedy responses and excellent help during my stay.. I will be back again shortly Hilton KL is one of the best service I had received and been utilized since last year and make me coming back. I would like to say thank you for the hospitality given and make me feel welcome and appreciated.Thank you to the amazing team at Executive Lounge and well deserved for their hard work and always smiling. There is a few staff name that I want to share Halilah (Manager) with her beautiful team Rizal, Syed Aliff, Dinesh, Sherry, Faiez, Alex and Dee.Keep smiling and be happy
