| Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur. I had always wanted to stay at the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur. At the time, it was only a little over CNY 800 per night after tax. Kuala Lumpur was packed with people and all the rooms at the hotel were sold out! I didn't get to stay in the iconic Petronas Twin Towers view room at the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur. The hotel arranged a luxury suite for me, which was located on the south side and didn't have a view of the Twin Towers. I was a little disappointed at first, but when I walked into the room and saw the huge living room and bathroom, I was no longer disappointed. The room had a view of the Kuala Lumpur Tower and the Merdeka 118 building, which is currently the second tallest building in the world. The view was very open and the sunset was spectacular. The hotel's 39th floor sky lobby is one of the best places in Kuala Lumpur to see the Twin Towers. The lobby is over three stories high and offers an unobstructed view of the KLCC Twin Towers. When the elevator doors open on the L floor, you will be amazed by the view. Almost everyone who passes by takes a photo here. On public holidays and weekends, guests who book a Club Room or are Globalists can choose to have breakfast at the Club Lounge or at the THIRTY8 restaurant on the 38th floor. However, the buffet restaurant on the 38th floor was very crowded on New Year's Day, so I chose the relatively quiet Club Lounge. The food was very good! The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Serai and Pavilion, two large shopping centers. The Kuala Lumpur City Centre Park (Taman KLCC) is just downstairs. The location is excellent and it's a great place for a vacation.
