Delicious Food at Uo Shin at Sri Hartamas

#traveldiaries My husband and I had dinner at Uo Shin in Sri Hartamas, enjoying a variety of sushi. Each piece was fresh and tasty, from soft tuna to juicy unagi, paired with soy sauce and wasabi for a little kick. We also had Saba teriyaki, which is grilled mackerel covered in a sweet and savory sauce. The fish was tender and delicious. The salmon skin salad added a nice crunchy contrast, with crispy salmon skin mixed with fresh greens. It was a satisfying meal with light, clean flavours, and the restaurant is cozy yet modern. We had a wonderful time together.
