Huge Lobby & Great Service

We were greeted by very thoughtful people in Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur after an incident at W Kuala Lumpur. This is our last stop. When we arrived, the bellboy took initiative to immediately bring our luggage to the room. Room was ready on time, in the afternoon and as Mariott Ambassador, we were treated very nicely. They even prepared ointment for my friend injured leg. Besides, we also get to go lounge immediately although not the time yet. Service here is very good, all are friendly & nice.
