You can go to Haigeng Dam early in the morning, stroll around and then return to the hotel for breakfast, because breakfast is served until 10:40. Or you can eat breakfast first and then go. Everyone who comes to Kunming has to go to Haigeng Dam and take a life photo. Remember to bring bread or cake or biscuits, after all, you have to pay the seagulls "performance fee". After the Haigeng Dam, you can go to Kunming Old Street for a stroll, which still maintains the appearance of a hundred years ago.
