The top layer has 5 pieces of sashimi, the middle and bottom layers each have 4 pieces of daily sushi and 2 creative sushi types, plus a small salad 🥗. The sashimi and sushi are quite rich, with the top layer featuring melt-in-your-mouth toro that was a delightful surprise 🤩, along with sweet shrimp and salmon. The middle layer's 'Flower Love' and scallop sushi were my favorites, with high-quality ingredients like salmon belly and yellowtail sushi. The bottom layer mainly features seared cheese sushi with a smoky flavor 🔥, and also includes playful snacks like crispy seaweed gunkan and salmon roe inari sushi 🍣. ✝️ Bluefin Tuna Akami Sashimi $78 The 3 pieces of akami sashimi were served cold but retained their fresh texture and flavor 😎. The thick-cut bluefin akami sashimi was substantial and flavorful, never disappointing 👍. Besides sashimi and sushi, the Kwun Tong branch also offers exclusive grilled items and skewers 🍢. I ordered 1 chicken cartilage skewer ($11), 1 grilled scallop with sauce ($22), and 2 pieces of grilled oysters with mentaiko ($33). All dishes are made to order, so it takes about 20 minutes 🕒. They were served hot and fresh, and the prices are quite reasonable, making them worth a try 😌
