Today, I visited a hidden factory building just a few minutes' walk from Kwun Tong MTR station to find the local culinary treasure 'Beef Overlord'. My colleagues have been raving about their hamburg steak, calling it the pinnacle of the hamburg steak world, comparable to 'Wagyu and Rice'. The limited daily supply only made me more eager to try it. This time, I had to experience it for myself! As soon as I stepped into the restaurant, the environment was simple yet comfortable, making me feel very relaxed. After sitting down, the staff enthusiastically introduced the flavors of each sauce and ingredient, even suggesting the best combinations. It truly made me feel their attentive service, creating a light and pleasant atmosphere. ✨ Signature Handcrafted Wagyu Hamburg Steak with Ran-Oh Egg Rice and Japanese Pickles in Special Hamburg Sauce The Wagyu is Australian Wagyu, and the thick hamburg steak is soft in texture. Just the appearance of the whole set is already stunning! The ingredients on this plate are neatly stacked, especially the orange-yellow Ran-Oh egg, which doesn't easily fall apart. The hamburg steak, made from Australian Wagyu, is thick yet soft, with an amazing texture. When I carefully broke open the Ran-Oh egg with a spoon, the rich egg yolk immediately flowed out, making my mouth water just by looking at it. Taking a bite, the aroma of the Wagyu's fat, combined with the egg yolk and plump Japanese rice, was truly intoxicating. Adding the sweet and sour special hamburg sauce with a hint of yuzu, the layers of flavors were distinct and incredibly delicious! The handcrafted Wagyu hamburg steak with Ran-Oh egg rice was a delightful surprise on the first try and is definitely worth a try.
