Creative Hong Kong-style Gelato! Ganto in Kwun Tong.

I've seen this local specialty gelato shop on IG for a long time, and I finally had the time to visit recently. It truly lives up to its reputation! This shop has grown from a small studio to a formal storefront and has always been very popular. They constantly innovate with their flavors, making it highly recommended. In addition to the already popular flavors like pistachio and tiramisu, Ganto introduces a theme every month and launches several related flavors. For example, July's theme was tea, featuring matcha, hojicha, Earl Grey, and more. I've tried pistachio, hazelnut, matcha, papaya, and sea salt lemon. All the flavors are thoughtfully crafted and generously portioned, with very rich tastes! Even the more common matcha flavor is richer than the usual ice cream available on the market. One thing to note is that Ganto is extremely popular. Although they are open until 9 PM, many flavors sell out by the evening. So, if you want to try more flavors, it's best to visit early.
