There are paid lounges and paid shower for all the transit and departing passengers at Narita Airport terminal. This is very important for passengers especially when the flight time is long and need a place to rest properly. Most of the airport facilities here are available to all paying passengers so as long you are willing to pay then you can use it. I did not see business lounge here but there are also plenty of cafe and areas for use if you need to work.
