Kyoto Michelin 1-star Kaiseki restaurant ‘Shuhaku’

‘Shuhaku’, a kaiseki restaurant that I visited after making a reservation in advance during my trip to Kyoto It is a kaiseki restaurant run by the owner, Nobuhisa Yoshida, and takes about 1.5 to 2 hours to eat. It was the most impressive meal I had in Kyoto and I was very satisfied. Overall, it suited my taste well and I would like to visit again if I have the chance. There are various desserts at the end, and you can choose from them or choose all of them. If you can drink alcohol, it would be good to order the wine recommended by the restaurant by the glass. I think it will be a good experience because it goes well with food. I highly recommend it.
