Recommended Izakaya Reservation in Kyoto

There is a recommended izakaya near the hotel where I stayed, and I was told that reservations are essential. I called at 18:00 on the day to see if they could take a reservation and was able to get a slot at a later time. The kushikatsu fried right in front of me in the open kitchen was crispy and delicious.
