Best sushi in Kyoto

As opposed to things being complicated and foreign, the staff was very welcoming and spoke English quite well. I recommend you book a table beforehand as the restaurant is quite small. This might have been one of the best sushi I tried in Japan. The sushi was super fresh and I highly recommend trying the Bonito. They also had Japanese wine that paired nicely with the fish. Oysters were meaty and fresh. This is a family business with great service and better food. Reservations highly recommended. They have a bar with 6 seats + 4 tables in the front, they have other tables in the back. #japantrip #kyoto #sushi
