The Ritz Carlton, Langkawi

We stayed here for 3D2N in November 2021, we came in with high expectations and happy to say that the RC team went above and beyond every single one of these. We were extremely well taken care of and the staff there seemed to anticipate every one of our needs. Shout out to Charles, Grey, Hafiz/Hafizal and others whose names we didn't catch for making our stay super memorable. The room was absolutely stunning, and we appreciated all the small touches like thoughtful decor and unobstrusive make up and turn down services. Naturally, everything was clearly marked as sanitised and we felt that hygiene and safety were really taken seriously. The Horizon bar was a real highlight of our stay and apart from being a great place for evening and sunset drinks, the food was surprisingly good. One last thing is that maybe because the resort is so huge, it never felt crowded even though we were told the place was almost fully booked. We truly appreciated the sense of peace and tranquility the resort's design provided. All in all, an exceptional hotel and we're already planning our next (longer) stay. Thank you for the #rcmemories!
