Tengah Beach

If you prefer a quiet beach without many activities, yet with fine sand and clean water, you cannot find a better beach in Penang area. There are 3 resorts on the beach, but the beach is public and there are not many people there. Wide open spaces, grassy knowles alongside the road, shady trees and far less touts for jetskiing, paragliding, etc. Sand is spotless and you can really enjoy your swim or relax on the beach. No great food or cafe options beachside are the only thing missing. One cannot swim in the sea though as there's jellyfish warnings up. There's parasailing and banana boats for those who are interested. It was nice to watch them. #urbanexplorer #happylaborday #beachvacation
