Modern Royalty | Eloisa Royal Suites

Eloisa Royal Suites has always been recognized as of the top 10 property in Mactan with very good reviews thus, upholding its brand reputation. Having said that, I booked this hotel for a reason to experience it first hand. Well, reservations team were very flexible on my request for change of dates due to conflict of scedule. During check in, staff was very accommodating and the check in process was smoothly done. Unexpectedly, I was amazed with the gesture of upgrading me to Junior Suite room! Love it! The room is spacious enough and with complete amenities, well-equipped! Truly elegant and feels royal! The breakfast buffet was good, the spread is just fine for the rate. However, I am just bit disappointed with swimming pool, water is cloudy and i think it needs cleaning. The pool looks better in the picture than in actual though. Was not able to use the gym since no staff on duty. Not too spacious and needs cleaning also. In terms of location, this hotel conveniently located in Mactan business district - very accessible to restaurants, entertainment hubs, shopping outlets, terminals and airport, malls and hospitals.
