Come to Yinggeshai to enjoy the beautiful sunset breeze

Yinggeshai Yinggeshai is a small fishing village under Ledong in Hainan, adjacent to Beibu Gulf, and is an excellent spot for watching the sunset. The last rhythm run before the Danzhou Marathon, with a pace that was 5 seconds faster than the training plan, might be driven by the beautiful scenery by the seaside. When driving to the seaside, the fishermen had already returned from fishing, a few leisurely sorting their nets, while more were adeptly drying various kinds of fish and shrimp, taking advantage of the long sunshine hours throughout the year. Mazu Temple and the lighthouse stand quietly on the shore, providing spiritual and practical help respectively. The goats from Dongshan were not content to settle on the east coast and also migrated to the west coast, which can be considered as crossing the mountains to the sea. A little black goat bleated at me a few times, as if to cheer me on. After the run, I visited the Yinggeshai Salt Field, learned about the past and present of sea salt production, and finally had a cup of old salt lemon water, just right to replenish the salt lost after running. The 'Comprehensive Records of Chinese Salt Law' states, 'Among the qualities and tastes of salt, sea salt is the best, followed by well salt and pond salt, and among sea salts, sun-dried salt is the best, followed by pan-fried and plank-dried salt.' The salt produced by Yinggeshai Salt Field can be said to be the best of the best. Dining at the Haizhonghai Restaurant not far from Mazu Temple, tasting white shrimp and oysters, the cost-performance ratio is very high, and there's no need to worry about gaining weight.
