Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village is a famous historical and cultural town in China and a landscape village in China. It is also the largest Miao village in China and even the world, known as the "Miao Capital". Here, more than ten natural villages built on the mountain are connected, surrounded by mountains, with overlapping mountains, terraces connected to the sky along the mountain, and the Baishui River runs through the Miao Village, dividing the Miao Village into two. In 1992, Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village was rated as a provincial cultural relics protection unit. In 2007, Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village was rated as a national historical and cultural town by the Ministry of Construction. In 2011, Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village was rated as a national AAAA tourist attraction. On August 16, 2022, Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village was listed as the second batch of national cultural and tourism consumption agglomeration areas by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People's Republic of China.
