I had heard that camping enthusiasts come here for camping, but I had never been here before. During the National Day holiday, we were driving back to Changsha from Xiangxi, so we decided to come. The scenery started to amaze people before reaching the scenic area. —— The scenic area is really large, there are free electric cars to shuttle between the attractions, but we did not go to all the attractions this time, we will come again next time. —— If you only have one day, you can park your car at the museum, walk to the Meijiang Geological Museum-Xianrenfu/Xianglushan-Dajiangkou-Lanyue Ancient Trail/Boat, and then return to the museum to drive away. —— The Meijiang Geological Museum is a good place, but if you don't bring children, it's not recommended. Compared with the museum in Changsha, it's average here. —— Xianrenfu is a large cave, there is a small waterfall inside, but it seems to be a dry season when we went, and only a few streams of water came down. It must be cool here in summer. Going up, you can see Xianren Bridge, a three-hole natural bridge of hydrochloric acid salt rock, which is amazing. Xianglushan is nearby, but we didn't go. —— The Lanyue Ancient Trail is a glass plank road built on the edge of a cliff, highly recommended (people with fear of heights may be a bit scared). Of course, you need to climb the mountain to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The whole journey takes about two to three hours. If you only want to walk to the glass bridge and then return the same way, the journey will be less (about 30 minutes, depending on the speed). If you continue to go down the mountain, it will take about another two hours. Next time we plan to walk the whole journey and share the experience at that time. —— You can also take a boat tour at Dajiangkou, 40 yuan per person, about half an hour. The scenery along the way is also very beautiful. People who don't want to climb mountains can choose this, which is more relaxed and happy. —— People who like natural scenery can arrange it on weekends! It's different from the scenery in Changsha. After coming back, I was full of motivation and planned to choose a sunny day to come again next time.
