A popular rice noodle restaurant in Shuhe Ancient Town. The price seems a bit more expensive than other restaurants, but that's because the ingredients are so fresh. The environment is also very nice, and there is an observation deck on the third floor where you can see the snow-capped mountains. It's definitely worth a visit when you're traveling. 🍴Wild Mushroom Rice Noodles Highly recommended. Take a sip of the soup first, it's so fresh. The rice noodles are chewy and not easy to break. The pot includes mushrooms (black truffle, morel mushrooms, and more), black fungus, quail eggs, pork slices, and fried meat strips. Mix them with the rice noodles and enjoy. 🍴Yellow Beef Rice Noodles Overall, it's pretty good, but some people may not like the mint. The pot includes beef, beef brisket, and beef balls, with about two or three slices of each. The beef is chewy and not pre-made. 🍴Grilled Tofu A very nice side dish. It's not greasy at all compared to others. The tofu is tender and goes well with the local dipping sauce. 🍴Fried Potatoes Slightly spicy, goes well with rice noodles.
