Ding Village Folk Culture Museum is located 5 kilometers south of Jixian County, west of the river, east of Dongshan Mountain. The residential buildings here are buildings of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. They have a history of more than 400 years. From the name of Ding Village, it is not difficult to see that the people living here are basically Ding family. Into the Ding Village Folk Museum, there are dozens of ancient buildings in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The earliest is the Ming Wanli twenty-one to forty years, and the later is the Qing Emperor Kangxi Xianfeng years. This is also the first museum in China that reflects the folk customs of the Han nationality. The courtyard of the Ding Village Folk Museum was originally a private residence, a courtyard where the brothers of the Ding family live together. According to the records of "Ding's Genealogy", at the end of the Yuan Dynasty and the beginning of Ming Dynasty, the ancestor Ding Fu led the tribes from Yucheng County, Henan Province, and turned to the village for generations. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the Ding Clan relied on trafficking in medicinal materials, and their business spread throughout Henan, Shandong, and Shaanxi provinces. As the business is booming, it has strong financial resources. The beautiful wood carvings such as the stencils in the houses, the birds and the arches, the stone carvings such as the pillars, the pierstones and the stepping stones all show the artistic beauty of that era. Such as Xilu Feng Hou, even the three yuan, Sanyang Kaitai, , Wufu holding life, from different angles to show Ding Village people's yearning for art and good life.
