Every year from late November to December, the ginkgo trees turn yellow, creating a beautiful picture. 😇 Two days and one night, one day to admire the ginkgo trees, one day to eat and shop in Guilin, ✌🏻 delicious and photogenic. Have the ginkgo trees turned yellow⁉️ The photos were taken on the 24th, during the green-yellow stage. I think they already look great, and they will definitely be more yellow in early December. ☝🏻 Note that Haiyang Township is very large, and the ginkgo trees in different villages turn yellow at different speeds. 🙅🏻‍♀️ The ginkgo trees in Datongmuwan turn yellow relatively late, while many leaves have already fallen in Huameinong. The photos here were taken in Datangbian Village. I visited one village in one day, which was quite relaxing and comfortable. 🚗 Transportation Take the high-speed rail to Guilin the night before, and rent a car for self-driving the next day. Go directly to 📍 Datangbian Village. One road is a mountain road, which is faster, but not recommended for beginners, as there are no street lights at night. The other road is a county road, which is slower. It took about 1 hour and 50 minutes from Guilin on the weekend. 🔷 How to visit Datangbian Village 🔹 Ginkgo forest The ginkgo forest at the entrance is the most yellow, with dense trees and leaves all over the ground, making it very photogenic 📸, and there are not many people. I saw locals having a picnic in the forest, which was really comfortable ~ 🍂 🔹 Mother Lake Go straight from the entrance, which is actually a pond in the village. There are more people here, 🚶🏻‍♀️ go in from the path of the village house, the ginkgo trees and old houses are very charming. Stroll through the ancient village, where many locals still live, with old ginkgo trees 🌳 in front and behind the houses, making it a great place for photos. There are still villagers living here, with chickens, ducks, and dogs 🐕 on the road, creating a lively atmosphere. 📸 The village is very large and can be visited for half a day. 🔹 Bagongqiu Scenic Area Pass through the village to reach an old ginkgo forest, with taller and larger trees. Enjoy a bowl of ginkgo sugar water 🍵, rest under the ginkgo trees, and enjoy the tranquility of the ancient village. ✅ Tips 1. The village ticket 🎫 is 20 per person, which I think is worth it. There are also free ginkgo forests in Xiaopingle. 2. There are several farmhouses in the village where you can eat ginkgo chicken 🐔. 3. Visiting 1-2 villages in one day is enough, as it gets dark around 5 pm, so you can't play for that long.
