Is Silver Rock worth visiting‼️ (With Pitfall Avoidance Guide) || I've seen a lot of people complaining about Silver Rock, and I just went there to share my experience. If you've never been to a karst cave, aside from the overly dense distribution of shopping spots, the scenery is definitely worth seeing! 🌟Attraction Introduction 🍃· Silver Rock karst cave is a typical karst formation, running through twelve peaks, belonging to a tiered cave system. The stalactites inside the cave shimmer like a galaxy, radiating a silver-like brilliance, hence the name 'Silver Rock'. 🍃· There are dozens of unique scenic spots inside Silver Rock Cave, with the three most famous features being: the Snow Mountain Waterfall, the Musical Stone Screen, and the Yao Pool Fairyland; and the three treasures: the Buddha Discussing Scriptures, the Primordial Pearl Umbrella, and the Single Pillar Supporting the Sky. 🍃· The Musical Stone Screen is currently the most intact set of stone screens in Guangxi. Gently tapping them used to produce ethereal fairy music (now prohibited to protect them). ‼️Pitfall Avoidance Guide 🙅 It's not expensive to take a taxi from Yangshuo, but it's hard to find one for the return trip. 🙅 The Silver Rock Cave is very stuffy and hot, unlike some caves that are cool, so it's recommended to dress lightly, bring water, and tissues for sweating. 🙅 The distribution of shopping spots is really too dense. You will pass through a long shopping corridor when exiting the scenic area, it's recommended not to look or buy and just keep walking out. 🙅 Silver Rock requires walking the entire way, so it's recommended to wear a pair of comfortable shoes. The cost of being carried in a sedan chair is very high and not recommended due to poor cost-performance. 🎫About Tickets 🎟️Ticket price: 65 RMB per person (cheaper if booked online) ⏰Opening hours: 8:00-17:30 🌟Duration of visit: About an hour, mainly because it's very stuffy inside, so you can't stay too long. ⚠️Tips: The cable car down the mountain and the Earth Memory inside the scenic area require separate tickets, which I personally do not recommend buying. You can purchase according to your own needs. 🚘About Transportation 🚗Self-driving guide: Just navigate to Silver Rock, it's about half an hour from Yangshuo County, and there's a parking lot at the scenic area, charging 7.5 RMB with no time limit. 🚌Public transportation: There are daily buses to and from the scenic area from Yangshuo, which is also very convenient. 📍Detailed address: Along National Highway 321, 10 kilometers north of Malingshan Town, Lipu City, Linshi 🌳Travel Suggestions ✅Travel civilly, the scenery is beautiful, but do not damage the stalactites. ✅Some passages are very narrow, it's suggested to take photos in spacious areas. ✅There are often protruding stalactites on both sides of the walking paths, so it's recommended to either watch the scenery or walk, not both at the same time, to avoid tripping or bumping your head.
