Yayyyyyyy. 🎉 Melissa at the front desk was ever welcoming and accommodating, and Abudi at the door says hi every time I go through. Warm friendly service which was such a treat 👍 The public areas are gorgeous, and so is the room - the Superior Room was clean, cosy, classy, comfortable - the 4 Cs I need from a hotel room. Housekeeping and turndown service are on point 🍀 Executive Lounge is 24hrs and serves up high quality bites for breakfast and evening cocktails, but afternoon tea can skip la. 🙈 Located right at Marble Arch which is great for public transport, Big Bus, and shopping along Oxford Street too (oh my legs) 💸
