Among the two IC properties in London, this is the one you should visit if you're willing to pay extra (O2 is definitely a great luxury hotel too). The perfect place to see the best of London. This matches the amazing improvements displayed at IC Park Lane. From the door staff to check-in, I felt welcomed and received genuine kindness and attention. The room itself is not large, but it has original luxury furniture and a wonderful bed. You won't want to get out of bed, but once you do, the breakfast service is fantastic and available until late in the morning. A special mention for the spa with affordable treatments that are among the best I've had in the UK (some improvements over other spa-centric hotels I've visited). Enjoy a truly relaxing hour with the forest therapy treatment.
