📍London four-day, three-night city walk: explore methodically by area, don't wander aimlessly

I do highly recommend hotel A. But for a ‘hotel gate’ 🏨 we switched hotels on the third day. Hotel A: Hilton London Westminster (very safe around) 📍Location: 30 John Islip St, London1 Transport: out of King's Cross - tube (Voctoria line) 28 mins to 💙Walking route: 30,000 steps per day Day1:Westminster Abbey - Big Ben - London Eye, down the Thames, walk to St Paul's Cathedral - London Bridge - Shard House - Borough Market (dinner) All of the above can be planned at your own time. Tips1:Bank card (avoid the thunder) Ensure that you have an up-to-date chip wifi card in hand. 2 people on the tube can't swipe one together Direct swipe: £2.70; £6.70 for machine tickets (sceptical) Tips2. 1️. Westminster Abbey. Book in advance for a recommended 2 hour tour 2️. Big Ben + 3️. London Eye Anywhere on the bridge is the best place to take photos, the London Eye overlooking London 4. St Paul's Cathedral St Paul's Cathedral is one of the five cathedrals in the world, one of the places where Harry Potter was set, and the place where many royals were crowned. Photographs can be taken before 16:30, but not after 16:30. 17:00-18:00 1 hour evening praise We went on Wednesday in time for communion, which was a bonus! 5️. Tower Bridge Walking along the Thames, you can see the Tower Bridge, the best place to take photos under the bridge. 📍Navigate ‘summer by the river’. 6️. The Shard A night view of London from 68 floors up. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from Tower Bridge to The Shard. Last admission here can be booked at 20:00. Closes at 21:00. Hotel 18 mins walk to Buckingham Palace - National Gallery - Regent Street - Oxford Street Meh women! INSIGHT, Brits will lie to Brits, a certain UK brand priced higher than in China and no tax refund! 8️. Buckingham Palace. Day3: White Cliffs, came back and changed hotels Hotel b: Kimpton Hotel London Fitzroy (the neighbourhood is a bit of a mess) 📍Location: 1-8 Russell Sq Room: not big, but upmarket Advantages: grand front door (we stayed at this hotel for the front door), across the street from the gardens, and through the gardens is the British Museum Day4:British Museum-returning home 1️0. You need to reserve a day for the British Museum, otherwise you won't be able to see it all.
