had an excellent stay here!!! Room: I was pleasantly surprised about the quality of my room and all aspects of it such as the closet, the bed, the sheets, the accoutrements my view everything this is an older hotel. I have not even visited this hotel in probably 15 years, but it was extremely clean. I felt very comfortable, in the room and all of the products were excellent And well appointed. The only thing I wish could’ve been better was my TV I did have problems with it and the connectivity wasn’t that great, but there wasn’t one thing that stood out as being an inadequate. Housekeeping Excellent!!!! I love how the housekeepers arranged my items so thoughtfully, and I’m usually very particular about people entering my room and often don’t even let housekeeping come in, but this is the longest day, and I was very very happy Conference food/staff and accommodations: I loved the staff at the conference, they were all so nice and accommodating!!!! 5 stars and a tribute to a good working environment and management. The food was pretty good too, I did t think I would like it as much as I did!! ✅ Great location in downtown LA. Close to shops, restaurants, Staples Center & LA Convention Center. ✅ Exceptional staff: fast response to requests, in room dining arrived on time or earlier than quoted. ✅ Great food: ordered dinner & breakfast & everything tasted great. Appreciated they offered in room dining with plates & silverware. ✅ Spacious room with nice view (on the 17th floor) Highly recommend!!
