Bench Coffee Co. Roastery

Bench Coffee is currently located in Los Angeles, so we were able to visit quite comfortably. When we arrived at Bench Coffee, we were impressed by the very clean and organized machines. The prepared bakery also looked very delicious! We ordered two batch brews, a flat white, and a pastry. The pastry contained chocolate and custard! In fact, Bench Coffee is a roasting cafe, and while I was looking forward to the batch brew, to be honest, it didn't suit my taste 😭. My housemates told me that the white coffee was delicious. It's a unique place where an old brick warehouse has been transformed into an open concrete/kitchen space. The coffee taste was not the sour flavor you might expect from other famous cafes, but rather a rich, smoky flavor. Since I don't particularly like sour coffee, it was easy for me to enjoy. The pastry selection was excellent, and fortunately, the pastries were not overly sweet but had a moderate sweetness with various flavors. Anyway! We had a great time at Bench Coffee, sharing many stories and enjoying ourselves. Thanks to my housemates and Bench Coffee for providing great service!
