Aunty peg’s was created by Proudmary and is a very unipue and symbolic place in Los Angeles. Especially they don’t do milk in USA,,, like Latte, Flatwhite. Instead, they focus on specialty coffee. Also They hold public cuppings every week and month. Seeking feedback from consumers. I think this is a great function of cupping and they provide high quality coffee through specialty coffee.(I went to that a few times) When I went to have coffee, there was a lot line up of specialty from espresso to pour over. One of them I discovered something interesting. The name was Deluxe snap chill with Panama natural&ASDnatural bean. This place is the holy grail of specialty coffee. I really appreciate to their hospitality. Even though I couldn't speak English fluently, they were so warm and friendly toward me. Also, there are many unique coffee bean. Those beans are little bit expensive but if you are coffee geek or barista, you must try those bean. After visiting this place, my bank account took a bit of a hit, but I absolutely have no regrets It seems to be coffee that has been quickly chilled after brewing. I think it’s a great for the summer. The high quality coffee was quickly chill it maintained freshness and flavor even when extraction from the storage container.
