Hotel with best restaurant - view to Nile sunset

We randomly booked a high-rated hotel in Luxor, just because it's kinda near the Nile river. Turned out the hotel was originally a restaurant for decades, then the boss opened additional accommodation, with delicious food and a rooftop view overlooking the Nile River. In general, it is one of our best accommodations. Highly recommend visitors to enjoy the sunset on the rooftop, with best food (stuffed pigeon), the spend the evening walk to Luxor Temple (5min walking) or Sphinx Avenue (right in front of the hotel). You can also book the hot air balloon tour at the hotel, or any day-tour around Luxor to Abu Simbel.
