A Stylish and Quality Hotel.

My girlfriend and I have stayed at many hotels in Taipa, Macau. This was our first time staying at your hotel, Studio City, to celebrate my birthday. On the day we arrived, it was my actual birthday. In the past, when celebrating my birthday at hotels, the check-in staff would usually notice and offer birthday wishes, especially since we always inform the hotel in advance about the occasion. During check-in, staff typically notice the guest's birthdate on the ID and say 'Happy Birthday.' However, this time, Donny handled our check-in, and unlike other hotels, he didn't seem to notice or wasn't attentive enough, so I didn't receive any birthday wishes. While this might seem like a minor issue from your perspective, for guests, it can be a pleasant surprise and add points to the hotel's impression. After check-in, we went straight to our room. The room felt great, and the complimentary mini-bar had a variety of options. However, the combined shower and bathtub felt a bit odd. Additionally, the items we requested in advance were not placed in the room. On a positive note, my girlfriend called about some room-related issues, and Elisa, who answered the call, was very polite and helpful. Overall, the experience was good. Lastly, I want to thank Jamis Ao, who kept in touch with my girlfriend after we successfully booked the hotel. Without his help, we might not have checked in smoothly, as my girlfriend kept confusing the hotel name. Also, thanks to Kathy Qiu for the follow-up. Thank you.
