Chuan Ji Cafe

Their rendition of Hainanese pork chop is somehow different from what you normally expect. A thinner pork cutlet coated with a gently crispy outer layer, and served with a flavorful sauce that’s not overly cloying. The main highlights for me are the kueh kosui and ondeh ondeh. Freshly made by the boss’s mum and served hot to retain the bounciness, they go very well with the nicely brewed kopi & teh. Will be back to try other mains and the signature flaky biscuits. #동남아여행
