We set off from downtown Saskatoon and drove for an hour and a half to Manitou Beach. Little Manitou Lake is a saltwater lake, and its salinity is 3.5 times that of ordinary seawater, close to the Dead Sea in Jordan, hence it is called Canada's "Dead Sea". Swimming here not only allows people to float completely on the water surface, but the lake water also has the effect of relieving fatigue and muscle soreness. Therefore, a large number of tourists come here for vacation in the summer to fully relax. Apart from a few B&Bs, there is only one Manitou Springs Resort & Mineral Spa, which needs to be booked in advance, otherwise, it will be difficult to find a room during the peak summer season.
