Marseille vibes in August!

Awesome time in the south of France! One of my stops was Marseille where we went to the Le Panier district for lunch and bumped into this incredible teddy statue right across from the cathedral. Went into the cathedral shortly after and oh my days, as someone who is fascinated by art and history, the inside is decadent and gorgeous and super artistic! The history was all in French however, but my limited French knowledge did get me to understand a bit of it. We also managed to catch women's football at the Olympics which was great and did a boat tour to the Frioul Islands which were beautiful! Be careful and book early though as many attractions were shut due to the heat. Overall great trip and super friendly people. Only downside was the insane amount of rubbish on the streets to the point where it stunk so badly...
