Qinghai - Gangshika Snow Peak

📍Address: Gangshika Snow Peak is located in Menyuan Hui Autonomous County, Qinghai Province. At an altitude of 5,254.5 meters, it is the highest peak in the eastern section of the Qilian Mountains. The peak is covered with snow all year round, shining like a jade dragon. It is also the highest mountain in Menyuan. 🚉Transportation: Xining - Huzhu Tu Autonomous County - Beishan Forest Farm - Menyuan County - Shizui Town - Panpo Pass - Colorful Waterfall - Gangshika Snow Peak Base Camp (Er'tai) - Summit. It is about 200 km to Panpo Pass, but the scenery is beautiful. 📝Tips: Climbing Gangshika Snow Peak requires snow and ice skills, and there are many crevasses along the route. Climbers should be roped up and bring climbing equipment. Do not climb blindly. The altitude here is the same as the hinterland of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, but the air is humid, so there is usually no obvious altitude sickness.
