The Sanctuary of Eight Million Gods: A Hidden Cherry Blossom Haven

Located at an elevation of 400 meters, the Sanctuary of Eight Million Gods on the hillside is home to up to 8,000 Yoshino cherry trees and various other cherry blossoms. In spring, one can witness a breathtaking view as the entire hillside bursts into a sea of blooming flowers, gradually turning the landscape into a stunning shade of red. Some of the best spots for cherry blossom viewing are not even marked on GPS, known only to those well-acquainted with the area. Every year, many visitors flock to this location.
