Beautiful view of Samhakdo Island

Samhakdo island is one of the touristic places in Mokpo city. The island is quite small and is covered with mountains. It is usually not very crowded but therefore a much nicer place. It is one of the best places you can come to relax. This island, which is very close to the port, is also surrounded by water, where you can rent a paddle boat and take a tour. Apart from that, it is a very nice place for hiking. With its unspoilt nature, you can see some squirrel-like animals and you can climb to the top and relax in traditional korean seating.
