Chaozhou Hotpot, Surprising Fried Shrimp Balls

Chaocheng Chaozhou Hotpot (Mong Kok) Shop 5, G/F, Arts Mansion, 2-24 Pak Po Street, Mong Kok While walking around Mong Kok with friends, we decided to have dinner and came across this hotpot restaurant ❤️ No need to go north to enjoy Chaozhou hotpot 🍲🤣 We chose the beef bone broth as the base. The soup was clear and sweet, with corn 🌽 and white radish inside, making it even more delicious. Of course, we had to order Chaozhou beef for Chaozhou hotpot 👍🏻. The Chaozhou beef trio was great, with three different cuts of beef. The meat was chewy and flavorful, and the more you chewed, the more the beef flavor came out. Paired with the restaurant's special chili sauce, it was even more delicious. We also ordered two types of dumplings: pork and celery dumplings and fish skin dumplings, four pieces each. The pork and celery dumplings were fragrant, with a strong celery flavor. The fried Chaozhou shrimp balls were quite a surprise, with a very bouncy texture. Not bad at all 🤣
